| After ~1.5 years of working on this project (on and off) I am almost finished! There is a good amount of work still to do but I am getting close. See previous posts here. To be done:
Weld all TB's to flanges and flanges to manifold/plenum Weld 1/8" aluminum sheet onto cam covers Weld 1/8" aluminum sheet to form plenums Fab up linkages = time + $$$ Mill center stand for pully Finish pully Fab vacuum chamber for all lines and IAC valve And some other stuff I'm sure... I have lost track of the hours spent so far but it's A LOT! I would like to thank my work for owning a mill, lathe, TiG welder, and scrap aluminum (for fixtures). I wouldn't be able to do all of this without them. ;) Heavily modified cam covers. This was done to allow clearance for the TB's and plenums. Those towers looked goofy anyway. ;)

The oil fill will be welded at the very front of the passanger intake cam cover to allow clearance for the TB's. Also my attempt at fabbing up a TB of my own, it's not finished yet. Anyone have any stock Z TB plates they want to donate?

Modified flanges to clear injector connectors.
The extra reliefs are for the screws that hold the injector caps.

Modified coil packs to allow clearance for plenums. It's easier than you might think.
Shortened coil pack. I need to machine more off the cam covers (area marked). Notice the large chunk missing from the intake cam cover? Make sure you have a nice fixture to bolt your work to rather than being lazy and clamping it directly in the vise...I learned my lesson. Anyone have a spare passenger side intake cam cover?

Not the prettiest weld but it's not going anywhere, and I did it myself. The pully will sit ~1.5" lower when everything is said and done.
